HP ANM 2022 Admission Form: The candidates will be shortlisted for the counseling process according to their rank in the merit list. The entrance examination will be conducted once every 2-year diploma level course which is divided into 18 months with 6 months of compulsory internship. HP ANM Application Form – Eligibility Criteria
(i) The minimum educational requirements shall be 10+2 in Medical/ Non-Medical/ Commerce/ Arts (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, and Philosophy) and English Core/ English Elective or Science or Health care Science – Vocational stream ONLY passing out from recognized Board.
(ii) Student qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examination conducted by National Institute of Open School.
(iii) The maximum age limit for Female Anganwadi, Asha Workers and Trained Dais for admission to ANM course in Government Multipurpose Health Worker Training Schools/ ANM schools shall be relaxed from 35 years to 42 years provided they have the minimum education eligibility qualification of (10+2). This relaxation shall apply in respect of admission to Government ANM/ Multipurpose Health Worker Training Schools Only.
(iv) The age of candidates should be between 17 to 35 years (as on 31st December of the admission year). However, a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit shall be applicable for SC/ ST candidates.
(i) मेडिकल/ नॉन-मेडिकल/ वाणिज्य/ कला (गणित, भौतिकी, रसायन विज्ञान, जीव विज्ञान, जैव प्रौद्योगिकी, अर्थशास्त्र, राजनीति विज्ञान, इतिहास, भूगोल, व्यवसाय अध्ययन, लेखा, गृह विज्ञान, में न्यूनतम शैक्षिक आवश्यकताएं 10 + 2 होनी चाहिए। सोशियोलॉजी, साइकोलॉजी और फिलॉसफी) और इंग्लिश कोर/ इंग्लिश इलेक्टिव या साइंस या हेल्थ केयर साइंस – वोकेशनल स्ट्रीम केवल मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से पास आउट।
(ii) राष्ट्रीय मुक्त विद्यालय संस्थान द्वारा आयोजित 10+2 कला या विज्ञान परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण छात्र।
(iii) सरकारी बहुउद्देशीय स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण स्कूलों/ एएनएम स्कूलों में एएनएम पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश के लिए महिला आंगनवाड़ी, आशा कार्यकर्ताओं और प्रशिक्षित मंचों के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा को 35 वर्ष से घटाकर 42 वर्ष कर दिया जाएगा, बशर्ते उनके पास न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता योग्यता हो ( 10+2)। यह छूट केवल सरकारी एएनएम/ बहुउद्देशीय स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण स्कूलों में प्रवेश के संबंध में लागू होगी।
(iv) उम्मीदवारों की आयु 17 से 35 वर्ष (प्रवेश वर्ष के 31 दिसंबर को) के बीच होनी चाहिए। हालांकि, अनुसूचित जाति/ अनुसूचित जनजाति के उम्मीदवारों के लिए ऊपरी आयु सीमा में 5 वर्ष की छूट लागू होगी।

विभाग द्वारा हिमाचल प्रदेश एएनएम 2022 की मेरिट सूची नवंबर 2022 तक आवंटित की जाएगी। मेरिट सूची में उम्मीदवारों के नाम, श्रेणियां, अंक और पंजीकरण संख्या शामिल होगी। उम्मीदवार ऑनलाइन मोड से डाउनलोड कर सकेंगे।

हिमाचल प्रदेश एएनएम 2022 प्रवेश के लिए काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया ऑफलाइन होगी। चयनित उम्मीदवार मेरिट सूची और कट-ऑफ स्कोर में अपनी रैंक के अनुसार काउंसलिंग के लिए उपस्थित होंगे। उम्मीदवारों को ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण करने और दी गई तिथि और समय पर परामर्श केंद्र पर जाने की आवश्यकता है। सत्यापन के उद्देश्य से दस्तावेजों को मूल और फोटोकॉपी में लाना आवश्यक है। उम्मीदवारों को काउंसलिंग स्थल पर जाना आवश्यक है।
